              What is included in the rental price and are there any hidden costs?

              The rental price and mandatory surcharges include the use of a Mercedes-Benz V Marco Polo 250d 4MATIC motorhome, 350km per rental nigh, basic insurance, vignette for Slovenia, kitchen equipment, camping table and chairs, and basic cleaning of the vehicle.
              Additional costs may only arise in the event of a return with an incomplete fuel tank, significant dirt or damage to the vehicle. Everything is clearly stated in advance in the contract and terms and conditions – no hidden costs.

              What insurance is included and how much is the deposit?

              The vehicle is fully insured with a deductible (1%). A deposit of €1,000 is payable before or upon pick-up of the vehicle and is fully refunded upon return of the motorhome in good condition and undamaged.

              How many people can travel and sleep in a motorhome?

              The Mercedes Marco Polo is homologated for 4 people while driving and offers sleeping for 4 people (bed in the pop-up roof + lower bed). It is ideal for couples, small families or active travellers.

              Is the motorhome suitable for driving in the mountains, in winter or off-road?

              Yes. The 250d 4MATIC model has four-wheel drive, which provides greater stability and safety in adverse weather conditions, on snowy roads or when accessing more remote locations. However, the vehicle is not an off-roader and is not intended for extreme off-road driving.

              What is the fuel consumption and how easy is it to drive?

              Average fuel consumption is around 8–9 l/100 km, depending on driving style. The vehicle drives like a passenger car, has an automatic transmission, radar cruise control, parking sensors and a 360° camera, making driving and parking very easy – even for less experienced drivers.

              Where and how is the camper van picked up and returned?

              Pick-up and return take place in Ljubljana or by arrangement. Upon pick-up, we will explain in detail how to use the vehicle, equipment and systems. Return is quick and transparent, without unnecessary complications.

              What if there is a breakdown or accident on the way?

              The vehicle has 24/7 road assistance in Slovenia and abroad. In the event of a breakdown or accident, we will immediately help you with instructions and organize assistance to make your trip as carefree as possible.
